Shipping & Orders

Where does Tunzopets ship?

We will ship within the United States and the United Kingdom. Free shipping is available for orders over $74.95. Consumers from other international regions who are interested in purchasing can, of course, place orders. However, if delivery is not possible in your country or region for some reason, we will verify it as soon as possible and contact you by email.

How much does shipping cost?

For all orders from the US and the UK with a value of $89 and above, we offer free standard shipping. For orders under $89, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?

To ensure the quality of the dispatched goods and the accuracy of the information, products that are in stock as shown on the page will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. For goods with customized services, the dispatch time will be extended to within 5 working days. After shipment, orders usually arrive at the destination country within about a week, but they may be detained by customs for some time.

Can I change my delivery address?

We will do our best to meet any of your requests, but we cannot guarantee that the order destination will be successfully modified after the goods are dispatched. If your order needs to have its address changed, please contact us as soon as possible during the inventory preparation stage.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification immediately, which includes a link to the order tracking details. Sometimes, it takes the logistics provider 1-2 working days to provide the tracking information after your order is dispatched. If you still have any questions, please contact us via email and we will actively help you solve them.

How can I make my order arrive sooner?

While we default to eco-friendly sea shipping (saving 12kg CO₂ per order 🌱), you're in control! For quicker delivery: Go Express at checkout → Select "🚀 Expedited Air Shipping"Get it in 7-14 days with real-time tracking. Enjoy free surprise gifts available in the store. Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange goods?

After you place an order on Tunzopets, we will begin processing your order. However, if you are not satisfied or have any unsatisfactory aspects, we would be more than happy to handle the return or exchange of the goods for you. Any unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Please note that a replenishment fee of 8 US dollars is required for all returns and exchanges.

How long does it take to process a return?

After we receive your return application, our staff will review the order within 48 hours to confirm whether it meets the return conditions. After the review is passed, the return processing of most goods usually takes one week. Once the return processing is completed, we will refund you according to your original payment method and notify you by email that the refund has been completed.

How to avoid returns and exchanges?

As returns and exchanges take a certain period, when you are choosing the collar, leash, harness, toys, and gift box sets suitable for your pup, please refer to the product size table on the page for measurement and selection.
